And it is my love for travel that made me choose this new layout, which happens to go very well with the really light, nice songs from Jason Mraz's album "We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things" that are resonating from my laptop now. My favorite 5 from the album of 11 songs are:
1) Make It Mine
2) Love for a Child
3) Details in the Fabric
4) Coyotes
5) If It Kills Me
Go find a way to lay your hands on the album. You are unlikely to regret it.

wah... i thought my bookmark brought me to the wrong blog. nice. i gotta get used to it though.
how's ur body pump going along huh? i wanted to update u for a long time but kept forgetting it. (9-kilos for chest. 7 for triceps. yes, a bit un-lady-like.) sorry also that i haven't mailed. kept busy by work and virus. but on the mend. hope to write u soon.
hey ikan gal, for me, the last i've done was:
- 5kg for warm-up
- 14kg for legs
- 4kg for chest/triceps
- 10kg for back
- 5kg for biceps
but i haven't been hitting the gym as regularly.. usually only once or at most twice a wk... =( and i am 5 mths away from membership expiry.
u kena-ed virus again? or is it the persistent one that refused to go away since our last email?
wah!!!!! 14 kilos for legs?!?!?! i can barely remove the weights from my shoulders at the end of the exercise. that's why i hesitate to graduate from 10 kilos to 12, even though my legs could probably take on more. how do you do it man?!
same story for the back. i think i cannot do the triple roll so well if i increase to 10. to and fro-ing between 7 and 9 kilos at the moment. with the new choreography, they advise to start with less.
twice a week is not bad lah. but probably doesn't make it 'ooh hwa' for you. going to gym later. not very productive at work these two weeks... bad fish... hope that sports will boost the discipline level.
virus? not sure which leh. but i forced my body to overcome it. just in time for the new body pump choreo premiere. and the bike tour (see below). a bit dangerous, i know, but i reduced the weights i usually use. it's also useless to 'nuah' around after one recovers from some bug attack. better to sweat it out.
did my Colmar bike trip over the weekend with M. 120-km total. but not very 'wah' lah, this distance. thinking seriously about investing in a good bike. but maybe i should first decide where i want to settle first... i wanna do the round-lake-constance-in-one-week tour also... hee hee...
my legs and back muscles are stronger i think, so can take the weight. =) my arms are the flabby, weak ones.. =(
but your 120km is 'wah' for me leh.. dun think i hv ever cycled that far.. from the sound of it (i.e. frequency of long biike tours), seems reasonable/logical to invest in a gd bike indeed. =) njoy exploration!
