Exquisite Dining

Not something that can or should be done everyday (or you'd end up as a bankrupt with exploded tummy), but when the opportunity for yummy gourmet at established restaurants comes a-calling, only the truly UN-enlightened would say No (or so I think).. =P

strangely, i'm not envious of your multiple dining experiences in this blog - fast turning into a food blog again - but nursing a craving for meat and of course my usual Toa Payoh Lor 5 o-luak, as usual.

last evening, i managed 10-kilos for the legs, 7 for chest and back, 5 for triceps and biceps... also used 5-kilos for lunges. hmm... not sure if i'm over-doing things but all i want from Body Pump is only to upsize my cup-size... haha...

dear fish, no worries, this is not turning into a food blog.. just too uninspired at that time to write about anything else, so decided to cut corners and post some pics instead. =P

u are amazing.. 5kg for the triceps and biceps?! if it were me, i think the weights would have come crashing down and permanently denting my forehead and rib cage. the last I have done was 9kg for legs, 5kg for chest and back, 2 kg for biceps and triceps..

and if u seriously wanna up that cup size, try becoming a mama. it comes along with free stretch marks too. =P
