Oh, and just a follow-up on the Dawson project. The Chinese ethnic quota has been reached, so it's truly game over this time round.

It'd have to be other BTOs or DBSSs or resale flats. But... If I have a choice, I'd really not wish to end up in far-flung Punggol or Sengkang... no matter how small people tell me Spore is.
